A joint venture with the New Jersey Innovation Institute (NJII), NJIT's Continued Learning offers individuals and organizations the ability to enhance their awareness of the dynamics driving today's marketplace by enrolling in online courses or creating customized training programs. 

According to McKinsey & Company's The 2023 State of Organizations Report, to succeed today leaders need "to build a keen awareness both of themselves and of the operating environment around them." The report identified the "ten most significant shifts facing organizations today."
